SI Consulting was founded and is led by Christiane Husemann, an operations and performance-management leader specializing in productivity management, workload planning, operational modelling, service performance, and data-driven decision-making.
With more than a decade of experience in performance and operations management within one of the world’s largest aviation groups, Christiane has led local and virtual teams across four continents and managed complex global operations and service-provider relationships.
She brings an empathetic, intelligent approach to performance and productivity management—combining operational discipline, leadership development, employee engagement, and data-driven strategy to help organizations build clarity, capability, and sustainable results.

SI Consulting is based in Port Hope, Ontario, and serves clients across Canada. Engagements may be delivered in person, remotely, or through a blended model depending on organizational needs.
