She is passionate about empathic and intelligent performance and productivity management, customer servicing, and workplace culture transformation. A M.Sc. and Six Sigma Black belt with a proven background in leadership development, employee engagement, and data driven productivity strategy, Christiane brings both expertise and authenticity to every organization she partners with.
